| Concordia provides merger and acquisition services to companies seeking to identify and complete acquisitions of companies in the valuation range $3 million to $100 million. We work
with our clients to construct appropriate criteria to meet their strategic and financial objectives.
The process includes researching market segments, providing comparables, using proprietary and
on-line databases for identifying targets, contacting targets, collecting information and assisting
in the negotiation and closing process. We provide the structure and discipline that is often
missing in buyer search projects, but has resulted in many successful acquisitions for our clients. The results of these searches, in addition to providing successful completion of transactions, often provide valuable industry information in database form that can be used as a baseline for future monitoring of industry activity. While our investment banking services are broadly based from an industry perspective, there are several areas of special competence and market focus. Food Industry, including manufacturing, processing and marketing companies in mainline specialty and natural foods. We have completed a significant number of transactions in the food industry, representing sellers and assisting numerous clients in implementing successful acquisition and roll-up strategies. Services and Distribution Businesses, including construction, food and sign supplies, among others.
